Week 1: Take 2 tablets daily with water, after food.

Week 2: Take 4 tablets daily with water, after food.

Week 3-24: Take 5 tablets daily with water, after food. These should be taken at regular intervals over the course of the day and 1-2 litres of water should be consumed throughout the day.

Week 25-33: During the 2-month maintenance course, take 2 tablets daily with water, after food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Phytoestrogens occur naturally in hops and other such plants within the food chain. The hop compound in Voluptuo contains a bio-active phytoestrogen which mimics the activity of the body’s own oestrogen which can result in fuller, firmer and larger breasts.
