Why do we recommend people who use transdermal drug delivery patches not to use the Magnetic Therapy range?

What is gauss?
A gauss unit is a measure of magnetic flux – in other words – the higher the units of gauss, the greater the strength of magnetic flux.  A special gauss meter can be used to measure lines of magnetic flux at a specific point on a magnet.

The gauss from the magnet penetrates deep into body tissue to reduce pain, yet actual gauss power drops to much less at tissue level than registered at the body’s surface.  For example, a 4,000 gauss magnet transmits only about 1,200 gauss to the patient.  Indeed effective gauss strength becomes less again, falling off at a rapid rate as it reaches greater depths inside the body.  Therefore, it is important to choose a magnet with a high gauss rating
